ASCO has joined the “Rules of conduct for complaints management in insurance companies,” established by the professional association Assuralia.

When this would not be satisfactory or if you prefer the immediate intervention of the Ombudsman of the Insurers, there are several ways to file a complaint:

  • by web form
  • by e-mail to info [at] ombudsman.as
