About ASCO

ASCO (Assurances Continentales - Continentale Verzekeringen) is an authorized Belgian insurance company which is regulated  by the National Bank of Belgium.

ASCO went into run-off during 2021. The current focus is  on ensuring an orderly run-off of  ASCO’s business in the following lines: Marine, Financial Lines, General and Specialty Casualty, Property and Car insurance.

ASCO works with ASCO Services NV, a mandated underwriter, which is regulated by the FSMA in Belgium.

Following its acquisition by Premia on 29 December 2021, ASCO will be looking to provide final risk-transfer and run-off solutions in Continental Europe.
